To participate in the AutoZoneCares Survey, you must meet the following requirements:
- You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of participation
- You must be a legal resident of the United States or Puerto Rico (subject to official sweepstakes rules)
- You must have a valid AutoZone purchase receipt containing a survey invitation code
- You must complete the survey within the valid time period mentioned on the receipt
- You may submit only one survey per receipt
Failure to meet any of these conditions may result in an invalid entry.
Receipt Requirement
A valid purchase receipt is mandatory to participate in the AutoZoneCares Survey.
- The receipt must contain a survey invitation code
- Survey codes are valid for a limited time only
- Expired survey codes cannot be reused
- Lost, damaged, or unreadable receipts cannot be replaced
Participants are advised to complete the survey soon after their purchase.
Residency Eligibility
To ensure fair participation, the survey is generally open only to:
- Legal residents of the United States
- Legal residents of Puerto Rico
Participation from outside these regions may not qualify unless stated in official rules.
Age Requirement
Participants must be 18 years or older at the time of entering the survey. Minors are not eligible to participate or enter any related promotional sweepstakes.
Employee & Affiliate Restrictions
The following individuals are not eligible to participate:
- Employees of AutoZone, Inc.
- Immediate family members of employees
- Agents, partners, and affiliates involved in survey administration
This ensures fairness and transparency in the survey process.
Entry Limitations
- Only one entry per receipt is allowed
- Duplicate entries using the same receipt are not permitted
- Survey codes cannot be transferred or shared
- Entries must be submitted by the individual named in the survey
Any violation may result in disqualification.
Sweepstakes Eligibility
If a promotional sweepstakes is offered:
- Winners are selected randomly (subject to official rules)
- Rewards are not guaranteed
- Participants must provide accurate contact details
- Failure to provide valid information may result in forfeiture of rewards
Reward availability and conditions depend on the official promotional period.
Disqualification Conditions
Participants may be disqualified if:
- False or misleading information is submitted
- Survey rules or eligibility requirements are violated
- Fraudulent, automated, or duplicate entries are detected
